I challenge you to 7 days of waking up and doing a 5 minute meditation. This could be stillness, praying, wishing, manifesting... whatever you want to call it, just close your eyes, take a deep breathe and be still for 5 minutes. Connect with your creator, spirit, universe, God, think positive thoughts and start your day this way for 7 days!
